Purchase your XP warranty extension code through our official marketplace. One code covers one coil or bundle (depending on the type of warranty).

2. Check Your Coil’s Eligibility

Ensure your FMF coil was purchased less than two years ago and keep your proof of purchase (invoice) ready.

3. Activate Your Extended Warranty

During registration on the XP Updater, enter your extension code and upload your invoice.

Purchase Date Requirement

Your coil must have been purchased within the last two years to qualify for the extension.

Proof of Purchase Required

You will need to upload a valid invoice during the registration process to activate the extended warranty.

Bundle Coverage Advantage

If your eligible coil is part of a detector bundle, then your remote control and headphones will also be covered under the extended warranty (with the bundle warranty).

Accessory Coils

If the coil was bought as a standalone accessory, only the coil is covered by the extension (not the remote control or headphones, for that you need a bundle warranty).

Bundle Warranty Explained

If your coil was purchased as part of a detector bundle, and the coil appears on the invoice, your remote control and headphones will also receive the extended warranty.

Accessory Coil Scenario

If you prefer to extend the warranty of an accessory coil only, you may do so—even if you own a DEUS II bundle.
In this case, only the accessory coil will be covered for up to 10 years.

How do I know if my coil is eligible?

Your FMF coil must have been purchased within the last two years. You will need to provide a valid invoice during registration.

Which products are covered by the warranty extension?

All FMF coils: D22FMF, D28FMF, D3428FMF, and DELLFMFHP (HF2). If the coil was part of a detector bundle, your remote control and headphones are also covered (with bundle warranty).

Does one extension cover multiple coils?

No. One extension code covers one coil. If you want to protect a second coil, you must purchase a second extension.

Can I extend the warranty of an accessory coil only?

Yes. You may choose to cover only an accessory coil. In this case, only that coil benefits from the extended warranty.

What if I don’t have my invoice?

A valid proof of purchase is required. We recommend contacting your dealer or retailer to request a copy.

Can I buy the warranty extension from outside my country?

Yes, as long as you purchase through our official XP marketplace and meet the eligibility criteria.

Does this change my original 5-year warranty?

No. Your standard XP warranty stays the same. The extension simply adds five additional years of coverage.

Is the extended warranty transferable?

Yes. If you sell your coil, the remaining warranty period follows the product.

Is the bundle warranty the same as the normal warranty?

No. Single warranty applies to coils, bundle warranty applies to bundles. Also prices are different.

Detector Bundle

You bought a DEUS II with a D28FMF coil 15 months ago. You purchase one bundle warranty extension code.

• Your coil, remote control, and headphones receive the extended warranty.

Two Coils

You own a DEUS II with D28FMF (bundle) and you also purchased a DELLFMFHP (HF2) coil separately. You buy two extension codes.

• Code #1 covers your D28FMF + RC + headphones. Code #2 covers your HF2 coil.

Accessory Coil Only

You buy an HF2 coil as an accessory and decide to extend only this coil.

• One extension code covers only the HF2 coil. Your DEUS II remote and headphones are not included.
